Courier Services & International Shipping
Trade Shop Direct employs the services of DPD and Tuffnell’s for the carriage of your products. Tuffnell’s for the large ‘bulky’ items to business addresses and, DPD for the ‘smaller’ parcel sizes as they have a fleet of delivery vans as well as lorries. Both Companies are contracted and committed to ensure you and/or your Company, receive the products you require at the time you require them, in first class condition. Trade Shop Direct is dedicated to communicating any exceptions (should they occur) in deliveries, to you immediately, with; a planned alternative action, delivering the best possible service in this circumstance also.
Offshore Islands & Highlands:
Additional payment is required for Offshore Islands & Highland areas in the United Kingdom for courier services, as these areas are charged at a premium price by our carriers. Our website should calculate these additional charges, but; if it doesn’t for whatever reason (new post code) we will contact you to ask you to pay the difference in what has been charged and what should have been charged.
We will honor agreed dispatch dates from Trade Shop Direct, however; we cannot guarantee ‘standard’ delivery times other than, before 5.30 pm unfortunately, as the two companies we employ are out of our operational control. Dates and Times can only be guaranteed ‘by the carrier’ when you have paid the premium fee for a timed delivery, before 9am, before 10.30am, before noon and so on.
International Shipping Policies
Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination.
Please note that international shipping rates apply to all locations outside of Europe.

We will use DPD and/or Royal Mail for any location within Europe
We will use Fedex and/or Royal Mail for all locations outside Europe (International).
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes because there is no recipient with a vested interest to sign for your package.
Customs and Duties
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties due in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package with a description, the value is the retail cost. BHMA Limited cannot, and will not mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion. This is completely out of our control, and; we therefore cannot be responsible for any delay thereto caused.

All prices shown on bhma.co.uk are in UK pounds sterling (£). If you need a conversion to your local currency, please refer to www.xe.com or similar website. Exchange rates change daily, and BHMA Limited is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation. Please note that your bank or credit card processor may charge you a conversion rate fee, these fees will be the sole responsibility of you, the buyer.
