Exhibition carpet tape is designed to allow the fitting of carpets to exhibition floors, holding them secure whilst allowing them to be lifted/removed at the end of the exhibition/show without leaving sticky residue on the floor a must for all exhibition centres and indoor arenas. Leaving residue can result in a charge being made by the venue which can run into the thousands of pounds. Our tape is approved by all the major exhibition venues in the UK including, NEC, Olympia, ExCel, Earls Court, International Convention Centre, National Indoor Arena, Scottish Exhibition Centre and others.
Our 'Black' Exhibition tape is the same tape as use by the venues and approved carpet fitters of the exhibition centres. It is not labelled as approved as it is not necessary for the trade. It is also not hand tearable, this is designed this way as it stops the tape tearing during removal, allowing the carpet to be lifted/rolled without the need to stop and go back to lift the tape that might have torn during the removal, reducing time in the clear down stage, which is always a rush!
It is supplied in 50mm wide to allow easy application whilst ensuring there is enough tape to provide a good bond. Our tape can also be recycled, if exhibition carpet is used then it can be left on the carpet and everything recycled together.
Other uses include retaining masking paper or polythene protection on window and door frames in the building industry, temporary floor coverings in dance areas, marquees and office areas where removal of floor covering is likely.
